- Identify new markets, programs and strategic opportunities ahead of formal tenders.
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities based on market potential, probability of success and strategic fit.
- Own major opportunities from early engagement through to contract signature, building account plans and capture strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with armed forces, ministries of defense, government organizations, defense primes and system integrators.
- Engage directly with military end users to understand operational requirements.
- Develop strategic partnerships that strengthens PREZIS’ market position.
Commercial Execution
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and customer engagements.
- Coordinate demonstrations, trials and workshops together with the technical team.
- Develop and maintain an accurate international pipeline and forecast.
- Represent PREZIS at major international defense exhibitions and conferences.
Strategic Contribution
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, technical teams and Tender Manager to develop winning propositions.
- Monitor defense spending, procurement programs and geopolitical developments, translating them into clear market intelligence and commercial recommendations for the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, capture or a similar commercial role.
- Proven track record selling complex solutions, preferably within defense, security, aerospace or high-tech.
- Strong existing network within the defense ecosystem.
- Excellent understanding of long, complex defense sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders within the customer’s decision-making unit.
- Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial; comfortable operating with limited structure.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
Employment Type
This position is a permanent, full-time role.
We Offer
- A key role in PREZIS’ international growth, with direct access to the leadership team.
- The opportunity to build new markets and strategic partnerships from the ground up.
- Work on high-impact, real-world defense capabilities.
